Born and raised in the United States in a family of medical professionals, Dr. Rubeena Khan, DC, is a U.S. Board-Certified Chiropractor dedicated to helping her patients live pain-free, balanced, and active lives. With over two decades of experience, she brings a unique blend of science, compassion, and innovation to every treatment plan.

As the Founder and Lead Chiropractor at the Spine Specialist Decompression Center, with clinics in both Houston and Sugar Land, Dr. Khan leads a team committed to delivering the highest standards in non-surgical spinal care and rehabilitation.

Education & Clinical Expertise

Dr. Khan began her academic journey at the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Associate of Psychology. She later completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Texas College of Chiropractic in Pasadena, Texas.

Her strong scientific background and evidence-based approach shape her reputation as one of Houston’s trusted experts in spinal health. She specializes in FDA-approved Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression (DRX9000) and FDA-approved MLS Class IV Laser Therapy—two leading technologies in the field of pain management and tissue healing.

As the Director of Compliance and Strategic Operations, she bridges medical expertise with operational strength — allowing the clinical team to focus fully on what matters most: exceptional patient care.

Honey’s approach to leadership combines analytical discipline with creative vision. She oversees compliance, marketing, and administrative operations to maintain a seamless and trusted environment for both patients and staff. Her work ensures that the clinic’s reputation for world-class care and ethical standards continues to grow locally and internationally.

Education & Professional Background

Honey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and Project Management from Geneva Business School, Switzerland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communication from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Her global career spans leadership roles across Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia, where she has led organizations in financial services, consultancy, and healthcare operations. Prior to joining the clinic, Honey served as Head of Marketing and Global Affairs at Elysium44, Managing Director at LuxxDom Group FZ LLC, and Operations Manager at Alpha Alternatives Marketing Management and AXG Financial Group.
